seal remover and granite cleaner

Dear sirs:

 

After finishing a granite tile counter, I cleaned the grout residue with a mix of water and vinegar as indicated in the grout manufacturer's directions.  After it dried I proceeded to seal it with AQUA MIX,Enrich 'N' Seal.  After having done this and installing additional lighting under the counter, I can now see that the grout was never cleaned how it should have and that there are numerous areas on the tile covered with a dull coating, which I imagine is part of the grout that never cleaned or a reaction between the sealer and whatever leftover grout was on it.   Could you please tell me if there is a solution that would remove the enricher seal and leftover grout?  Thanks for your help.  Marie
