Ideal Deck Material in Humid Climate

I am searching for the ideal material for installing outdoors in humid, saline, stormy South Florida.  It would be for a pool deck and my worst fear is excessive mildew growth.  I've heard Jerusalem Stone has properties that restrict this.  Any thoughts?
