Uba Tuba Too Shiny

Hi there, I just had Uba Tuba installed and it looks way too shiny with too much glare.  I have a bright kitchen with lots of windows and at night with the lights on, the glare takes away from the granite.   I was NOT told there were other finishes to consider, so they just made them high gloss.  Is there any way to get them toned down?   I do know a reputable stone contractor that did some marble in my bathrooms and the look great, for 3 years now.

 

Any advice.  I don't like the glare/shine/reflection or whatever you want to call it.  I like matte or at least semi-gloss.
